Prescriptions and Refills

Medication refills can be obtained most efficiently by contacting your pharmacist with your request. If you need a written prescription to mail in, please contact us during office hours.

Phone requests for new prescriptions or refills can be handled only during office hours. Please know that we cannot accommodate calls for refilling routine medications such as oral contraceptive pills, hormones, or pain medication during weekends, holidays or evening hours. Keep track of diminishing supplies of routine medicines and call during office hours for refills.

We require one working day to complete the prescription, and will either authorize the pharmacy to refill your prescription or provide a written prescription for your mail-in pharmacy.

It is my policy to refill ONLY those prescriptions I have personally prescribed and have documented in your medical record in this office. New prescriptions will require an office evaluation.
